We met Shannon Shue through a friend referral. They spoke highly of her and mentioned she grew up in the Leimert Park area of Los Angeles, and that she still resides there. We then conducted realtor interviews, but immediately made the connection with Shannon. Her presentation was far superior, thorough and professional. The sale of our family Spanish Revival home included my brother and sister. This joint effort included some conflicts from its outset, but Shannon was able to tactfully, sensitively and skillfully maneuver all of them successfully. The entire sale process went exceptionally smooth with Shannon acting as our intercessor. From agreeing on a listing price and marketing plan, to clearing the home of personal items. From soliciting bids for the work to be done by outside vendors, to staging and a photo shoot (the use of a Drome was awesome). Everyone we met acted in a professional and skillful manner. In the end the daunting mountain of details necessary to complete the sale were done. Escrow, signing, final closing and transfer of funds. Our home sold far above the asking price, and within 10 days of the Open House. Every detail was handled by professional individuals who seemed to take pride in the details necessary to complete the task. I can definitely recommend Shannon and her associates to service your realtor needs without any reservations.
In an industry that is often unnecessarily complex and archaic in approach, Shannon is a maverick that helps focus her clients on the important details… all while empowering them with the latest digital trends. She was critical in defining creative pricing and marketing strategies that resulted in multiple offers, well negotiated repair costs, and a quick sale of my property. While the results speak for themselves, perhaps the best thing about working with Shannon… is Shannon! She’s the ultimate professional, but also a patient and caring friend. I highly recommend Shannon for any of your future real estate needs.
